Windows to have Good Quality Handles and T-Bolts, Size and section as per design of the architect.
Bathroom/ Toilet: Parryware/ Hindustan/ Cera or equivalent washbasins and WC (of appropriate shades). All taps and fittings are to be chrome-plated.
Flooring: White Marble flooring in complete flat except kitchen & bathroom where ceramic floor tiles1’x 1’ or appropriate size to be used. All staircases and common landings are to be of Kota Stone / Marble.
Tiles: Glazed/ Ceramic tiles upto Door height in toilets and 2’-0’ height above kitchen slab in appropriate colour and design.
Painting: OBD / AWD Paint of appropriate colour on interior walls of the apartment.
Kitchen: Modular Kitchen, Polished Granite workstation, Stainless steel sink, Glazed tiles upto 2 ft. height above counter, chrome plated fittings for hot and cold water supply & electric chimney connection. Woodwork in kitchen cabinets is to be in ¾” commercial plyboard with appropriate finish or Equivalent.
Cupboards: Top quality material used for cupboards in all flats including dressing rooms.
Electrical: Electrical (copper) wiring to be I.S.I. Code. Modular switches, circuits to have M.C.B. Of approved make have been provided in drawing , dining and all bedrooms.
Power Back-up: Arrangement for Power backups in all flats (upto 5KVA).
Lifts: Lifts to be provided for access to all floors. (KONE)
Generator: Generators of appropriate Capacity to be provided for Complete back-up for lifts and other common areas of Apartments.
Water Tanks: Underground water tanks with Pump House and Tube wells to meet requirement of water for 24 hours.
