• The Company reserves the right to increase the price at any point of time and that price will be applicable for new entries.
• Electric connection charges, Stamp duty, Registration charges, Service Tax, Legal documentations and other statutory charges will be extra as applicable
• The company will pay penalty @ 5/- per sq. ft. to those customers whose installments will receive as per the given company’s payment schedule, if the company fails to hand over the flat with in the committed period. Similarly the Flat owner would be liable to pay the holding charges @ 5/- per sq. ft. per month if he fails to take possession within 30 days from the date of issue of possession letter.
