charges, Legal documentations, and other statutory charges

Developers Pvt. Ltd." payable at New Delhi/ Chandigarh/
Panchkula/ Mohali.
- In case of Penthouse 50% of the Terrace area will be charged
extra.
- The company reserves the right to increase the price at
any point of time and the price on the date shall not apply
- The company would pay penalty to its customer @Rs.5/-per
sq.ft. per month for any handling over the flat beyond the
committed period of 18 months from the date of allotment.
Similarly the flat owner would be liable to pay the holding
charges @Rs.5/-per sq.ft. per month if he fails to take
possession within 30 days from the date of issue of letter
of possession.
